Nick single-handedly implemented and maintained a new shop management system at ThermoFusion, overseeing it across all departments. As the Quality Manager, he has built up a quality staff with multiple employees and interns at the company and is responsible for the quality of work, the maintenance of equipment, and the on-going accreditation to ISA and AS standards. Nick also runs furnaces and supervises various shifts in the absence of the shift supervisor. Nick takes responsibility for his team and actively communicates across all departments for the improvement of processes to better satisfy customers. His integrity and "walking the talk" is unparalleled. He makes sure the company does what is right, first, what is best for the customer, second, and what is best for ThermoFusion, third.
