Adam Kane – Heat Treat Today’s 40 Under 40

As a plant manager of our conventional heat treat facility in Waterloo, Iowa, Adam Kane is not just an up and comer, but a key seasoned veteran.  Since starting his career as a general laborer with Advanced Heat Treat Corp. when he was 18 years old, he moved quickly up to supervision, technical furnace operations, operations manager, and his current role of plant manager.  With 17 years-experience, Adam is very knowledgeable and takes pride in giving technical guidance for solutions to customers, as well as new processing protocols and equipment installation launches.  He has earned a great deal of respect from both customers and colleagues.
