Garrett Senczyszyn – Heat Treat Today’s 40 Under 40

Garrett has grown up in and around the heat treating industry. He has the ability to build a furnace from the ground up, write the logic for furnaces, create all furnace processes, as well as trouble shoot and fix issues. Garrett prides himself on being the best at what he does, he wants to be known as an expert in heat treat, and with the amount of research and reading he does, coupled with teaching others and attending seminars, he is well on his way. He has turned the entire heat treat operations at Daimler Trucks North America around in just the last 2 years since he has been there. His plant went from making 0 parts to making over 300 from each furnace.
