When Kendra joined Penna Flame, she brought customer service skills with her, so that all she had to do was learn a little heat treating. She has studied hard, spent many hours in the shop, and is never afraid to dive right into a problem. Kendra recently attended the ASM Metallurgy for the Non-Metallurgist 3-day course in Ohio, which supplied her with great material to reference in her job. The complete manufacturing of rolls for cold steel processing equipment in the automotive and engraving industries has been turned over to Kendra in the past year, and she works closely with the customer and machinists throughout the manufacturing process. She is certainly a leader in our company. She is the direct contact with the customer, and when the production department tells her NO, she just sits back and smiles, while she politely and firmly convinces them the customer WILL get what they asked for.
