Previously the plant manager and now the director of strategic programs for Paulo’s St Louis facility, Tim started his career selling industrial automation. Since coming to Paulo, Tim has spent time in engineering, quality, and production. He has designed cooling water systems, a tempering furnace, and other support equipment for the heat treat process. In quality, Tim worked as an internal auditor for CQI-9, TS16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Nadcap, and AS9100. Tim graduated from the MTI Yes program in 2017 and started participating with the MTI education committee in 2018.
