Bryan Stern began his career with Solar Manufacturing in an internship position which eventually turned into full-time employment. Bryan is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. As an employee of Solar Manufacturing, Bryan’s engineering expertise has been very ably demonstrated by his academic and practical approach to understanding and solving engineering challenges. His skills have also permitted Solar to realize a much deeper understanding of the capabilities of their equipment designs, and his research has been used to develop many important design improvements through his participation in an ongoing engineering standardization program.

Bryan has also demonstrated a great deal of understanding of the company's business processes and has been instrumental in formulating significant improvements in this regard throughout the company. Bryan is also a 2018 graduate of MTI’s YES program, a member of ASM International, and also serves as an alternate voting member of the NFPA 86 committee. Bryan’s skills, his affable demeanor, and his impeccable work ethic have made him a go-to employee at Solar Manufacturing. We anticipate great things from him both now and into the future and  believe that his work will be beneficial to the heat treating industry at large.
