Nathan Durham has spent over 12 years actively participating in the thermal processing industry. He is active not only with Ipsen, but also attends the AMEC meetings and plays an active role within the industry in influencing new aerospace heat treatment specifications. He is known throughout the industry as a good source of information on pyrometry and NADCAP requirements.

Within Ipsen, Nathan has worked in many different departments: project engineer, sales engineer, product line specialist, product manager, and electrical solutions manager. He is currently the manager for the Engineered Components Group (retrofits). Nathan works hard to ensure support of customers in times of need. His above and beyond attitude to help further the industry, not just through Ipsen, but through the AMEC involvement, make Nathan an excellent candidate for the Heat Treat Today 40 Under 40 Class of 2020.
