Tee Rassieur is currently the vice president of operations for Paulo. He oversees all of their plant operations and has been a key player in changing the way Paulo plans for the future. He helps all of the company's plants establish a well-designed future picture and a plan to achieve it, having been a key player in bringing Paulo to Monterrey, Mexico. The company recently opened its sixth plant, and without Tee (though he would say without all 500-plus employees), that future picture would not have become reality.
