After gaining a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Buffalo State College, Adler Moldenhauer started in the heat treating industry in 2019 as regional sales engineer with IPSEN USA. He has been an active and effective presence in the northeastern U.S. and Canada ever since.

Adler went on to form Vectorr Industries, a manufacturers’ representative company operating in Canada, New York, Washington, and Oregon. Among other principals, Vectorr Industries is the exclusive representative for AFC-Holcroft, Solar Manufacturing, South-Tek Systems, and Schunk Carbon in Canada.

Adler has a background as a journeyman machinist and a successful career in sales, as well as experience teaching manufacturing technology.

Adler spends most of his time on the road covering a massive territory, meeting the industry’s finest captive and commercial heat treaters, and is involved in several historic projects. At 29 years old, Adler is and will be a permanent presence in the heat treating world.
