David Chirichello is a 2010 graduate from Lehigh University with a degree in Materials Science and Engineering. After graduating, he worked for Exova, a material testing lab in Houston with Bodycote as a major customer. During his eight-year career at Exova, David held multiple positions and worked his way up to general manager.

In 2017, David joined Bodycote as a general manager in Houston, TX. David has enthusiastically worked with furnace operators, quality managers, maintenance employees, and quickly learned as much as possible about the heat treat process and equipment.

Promoted to general manager of Bodycote’s Arlington facility in 2019, David has continued his quest to learn and grow in the industry.
