Before becoming the managing director of Furnacare, Jan Massholder worked to increase customer satisfaction, as well as to support sales, introduce new products to the market, and gain insights from customer visits globally to improve the customer service of Ipsen Group. Jan has over ten years of experience in global product management and held many positions at Ipsen, including product manager in Germany and Japan, as well as being the director of Business Development–Vacuum Carburizing.

Jan makes a continuous effort to bring various people together to serve customers. He has a clear focus on improving products and customer offerings to continuously increase customer satisfaction and retention, as well as on offering better products in global heat treat markets. Whenever and wherever customers were requiring support, either on new product decisions or due to urgent service needs, Jan took the lead and quickly coordinated next steps with the respective Ipsen Group entities to successfully strengthen customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Jan can easily create a pleasant team-spirit and is a pleasure to work with on interdisciplinary projects due to his open mindset, clear arguments, and positive personality.
