Julio Fernandez began his career at Bodycote as a plant manager in 2015. In 2016, he was promoted to operations manager and is now the general manager of Bodycote Thermal Processing.

Prior to Bodycote, Julio worked as a manufacturing engineer and as a shipping manager at Carlton Forge before becoming the assistant plant manager at MGM Transformer. Julio has a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.

He provides a high level of service, quality, employee satisfaction, and safety. Colleagues say that Julio is 100% on target with his work, a great person, a great family man, and a great leader. He brings a rare level of professionalism to the industry.
