In June 2021, Dave Secrist became the president and owner of Induction Heat Treating Corporation. Dave began at Induction Heating Corporation in the shipping department, moved to setup, and later became Operations manager. Throughout these positions, Dave used his skills in lean manufacturing, machining, 5S, metallurgy, Kaizen, and ISO to help the company succeed.
Dave's vision is to always be ahead of industry standards. With this vision in mind, IHT purchased two robots in 2019. Dave then realized IHT had the skills to make their own robots, and now the company has four in total. Dave has continued the growth and success of Induction Heat Treating Corporation.
