Enrique Constantino is the manager of Engineering and Procurement at ETSA Group. Enrique began his time at ETSA Group as a PLC programmer and technical drawer. Now, Enrique leads the design and construction of new furnaces and auxiliary equipment including salt bath technologies, integral quench furnaces, washers, ovens, and tanks.

Enrique has led important maintenance and major improvement projects for vacuum, mesh belt, roller hearth, and bell furnaces. With over 14 years of experience in the heat treat industry, Enrique possesses a vast knowledge of maintenance, automation, project management, furnace engineering, procurement, quality systems, and CQI-9 and is committed to making furnaces productive, versatile, automated, clean, and safe.

Additionally, Enrique has also been awarded the Mechatronics Engineer award by ITESM-Mexico.
