Before his time at AFC-Holcroft, Jason Crook worked as a controls design engineer and a senior project engineer at Outbound Technologies in New Hudson, MI and as a machine operator at MST Seamless Tube & Pipe. With a bachelor's degree in Applied Science, Jason has the skills needed to implement creative solutions to combat design challenges in the heat treating world.

Jason entered AFC-Holcroft as an electrical project engineer and was quickly recognized as a leader with the engineering skills necessary to control heat treat process equipment by his peers and the executive team. As AFC-Holcroft's manager of Electrical Engineering, Jason continues to use the skills he learned from the MTI YES Program, the training from International Berndorf Academy for Management Training, and the technical knowledge from AFC-Holcroft University to help his team.
