Prior to joining Solar Manufacturing, Inc., Jason Davidson worked at Ipsen in the refractory (hot zone) department. In 2011, Jason began work at Solar Manufacturing, Inc. as a factory worker in the same department. Jason was later promoted to be the engineer of Inside Sales in 2013, where he used his hands-on knowledge to assist with new furnace sales and aftermarket sales. In 2017, Jason was promoted to Northeast Regional Sales manager. Demonstrating remarkable performance in this region, Jason was given increased responsibilities such that in 2021, he became the manager of East Coast Regional Sales, covering the states from Maine to Florida.

Jason's working knowledge of furnaces and subsystems, as well as many other thermal processes, has proven to be an immense benefit in educating clients. Jason helped to streamline Solar Manufacturing, Inc.'s in-house proposal procedure by creating standardized templates along with master budgets for all furnace models. His motivational skills and perseverance inspire all those that work around him. He resolves conflicts and other difficult situations with patience and tact. As an MTI YES Program graduate, Jason uses troubleshooting and leadership skills that make him an outstanding employee. With a warm and cheerful attitude, Jason has an unparalleled devotion both to employees and to customers.
