Fourteen years ago, one of Cleveland Electric Laboratories' executives met Jessica Rittwage in a retail setting and was so impressed by her energy and customer service that the executive immediately pursued her in the hope that Jessica would join the Cleveland Electric Laboratories (CEL) team. Now, Jessica has 14 years of experience in the industry, and contributes primarily through her tireless efforts to assure the needs of CEL's OEMs and end user customers are met. Jessica led the soft products department for several years before stepping into her current role as master production scheduler. In this role, her innovative ideas and problem-solving skills have increased customer lead time awareness and satisfaction during a period of 60% growth in production.

On a normal day, Jessica often balances multiple expedite requests to assure customer equipment is up and running. Finding ways to creatively beat industry standard lead times has become her daily norm. At CEL, Jessica has spearheaded two LEAN Kaizen teams that were transformational in operations to increase throughput and shorten lead times. Even though she has worked behind the scenes in the greater supply chain, Jessica's years of experience, tenacious work ethic, and strong relationships make her a go-to person to keep the industry moving forward. She truly embodies the definition of "dynamic."
