Rubesh Ganesan is a metallurgist at Grede Holdings LLC. He has strong academic laurels to his name, including conducting numerous research experiments in metallurgy and heat treatment at Iowa State University as a graduate student researcher and an engineering intern at one of the top scientific research institutes in India: Indian Institute of Science.

Rubesh has worked as a metallurgist at Maynard Steel, Co. and Spuncast, Inc. At Grede Holdings LLC, Rubesh manages the green sand system, and has the reigns on all metallurgical processes. One of the projects that he conducted since December 2014 is called "Effect of quench rate and heat treatment on the hardness of CA6NM stainless steel castings."

Rubesh conducted many tests to improve the quality of high alloy CA6NM stainless steel castings. One of the tests he conducted was to implement different heat treatment techniques and determine the effect of cooling rate and final quench temperature on final hardness. Since the beginning of his metallurgy journey six years ago, Rubesh continues to do an excellent job dealing with other employees, customers, and suppliers. Rubesh is known to be a great, invaluable team member and an even better person.
