Dante Molle – Heat Treat Today 40 Under 40
In 2016, Dante Molle started at Aerospace Testing & Pyrometry, Inc. as their Certifications Officer. ATP was growing fast and needed someone to help with the burden of Pyrometry paperwork that can plague service providers in this field. Dante had graduated from York College in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Science. His mathematical skills and expertise in Excel were a perfect fit for his position. Dante was quickly able to develop faster, more accurate ways of utilizing the features in Excel to generate ATP certifications. A few of his early successes included developing database tables, macros, and pull functions that made life a little easier. But this didn't prompt Dante to rest on his accomplishments. He went on to receive his master’s degree in Education from Lehigh University in 2019.
Dante was instrumental in the early days of the development of ATP's Aerospace Compliance Software (ACS). He was able to see the vision that Andrew Bassett (president of ATP) had created and work with the team of developers to create it. Dante was the lead person for this project from day one and brought the software to life. In October of 2023, he was elevated to Chief Information Officer and is now responsible for ATP’s team that brought all the software development under Aerospace Testing & Pyrometry. Dante saw the cost effectiveness of bringing development in-house and already has saved the company more than $200,000.
Currently, Dante has a three-member team that works directly for him to assist with his continual projects under development. His ability to identify and analyze issues is unparalleled. When he sees an issue or problem, he always follows up with several ways to solve it. Dante has never come to the table without a solution, and he is a pivotal part of ATP/ACS. His contributions to the success of the company have been immeasurableIn 2016, Dante Molle started at Aerospace Testing & Pyrometry, Inc. as their Certifications Officer.
