Significantly, Ethan involves himself on projects both inside and outside the immediate Paulo team. On the one hand, he leads several internal projects amongst the Sales team to assist in new processes, assists his peers on the Sales and Plant teams, and supports leadership in projects they are working on. On the other hand, Ethan takes part in multiple industry organization boards.
