Brenton's industry involvement and participation includes playing a central role in designing custom wire solutions for countless customers using thermocouple and RTD wire solutions; assisting with expanding the capabilities of our Calibration Lab, including spearheading implementation of new cryogenic capabilities; and participating with transition of a competitive product line as part of a corporate acquisition of a high-temp thermocouple product line . He is active in applying Lean Six Sigma Principles across engineering & manufacturing processes and has personally designed hundreds of spec-based products for customers needing thermocouple and RTD wire solutions. Brenton is currently engaged in pursuing a certificate as a project management professional (PMP). In addition, he serves as the Engineering Lead on Pelican's ERP project, which will be implemented at all corporate locations, and as a mentor to engineering students fulfilling internships at Pelican Wire. Brenton and his fiancee, Jennifer, are soon to wed and are in the process of building a home in southwest Florida.
