Tim Cummins is a highly-motivated and dedicated individual who is instrumental in keeping operations running smoothly. In his nine years at Contour Hardening, he has grown tremendously and worked his way up to being responsible for the metallurgical labs. Tim's leadership out on the floor is a testament to his ability to motivate others to be the best that they can be. He is a team player whose input is valued and appreciated.
