Mr. Jaime A. Sanchez has been working since 2015 as Engineering Manager in MATTSA FURNACE COMPANY, a furnace manufacturing and service company for heat treat applications. Since he took his current position, Mr. Sanchez assumed the responsibility of strengthening the engineering department, dedicating time to learn about the North American Heat Treat Business. Additionally, he has been involved as project leader for manufacturing new heat treatment equipment, retrofits, installation and relocation projects for the main multinational and national companies in Mexico such Caterpillar, American Axle Manufacturing, Sisamex, Magna, Timken. An active member of IHEA, Mr. Sanchez also proves his leadership capabilities by having recently started to give talks, seminars, and webinars about furnace manufacturing for his company's clients. All in all, Mr. Sanchez is a professional young man, working in a timely way in the service of the Mexican heat treatment industry.
