Cory Husemann has been part of the Paulo team for nine years. His experience in designing equipment and managing installments includes a variety of equipment—not only furnaces, but material handling, fixturing, and other process equipment. Cory is OSHA certified for Construction Safety and Health as well as being a NUCA Trenching and Excavation Competent Person.

Cory’s successes include the installation of Paulo’s most advanced continuous belt heat treat furnace, which included the most advanced process monitoring and control systems. Cory was instrumental in the design and startup of Paulo’s first international expansion in Monterrey, Mexico. Based on that track record, Cory was promoted in 2018 and is now the manager of fabrication and standard systems. Cory has increased efficiency and throughput by 20% and has repeatedly achieved savings up to 40% versus outside sources.
