Alberto Ramirez started as an intern at Contour Hardening in Silao, Mexico and quickly become a critical member of the Contour team. His willingness to learn new skills such as power supply repair and maintenance, automation and robotic programming, and machine design have propelled his career forward with Contour. He is also currently working on his master’s degree to further his desire for education and training in new topics. Alberto has such a positive attitude, and everyone seems to be happier whenever he is around. His leadership skills in Mexico were so well respected that he has accepted a permanent position in the U.S. to continue building his skills and knowledge base in the heat treat industry.
