With over eight years of experience following the completion of a mechanical engineering program at Niagara College, Chris Watson has advanced through positions at Can-Eng Furnaces International Ltd. (Can-Eng) including application engineering. Today, his role is manager of After Sales Service.

Chris also has experience as a quality technician at Venest Industries where he created control plans, inspection data sheets, and other documents for the APQP workbooks. There, Chris assisted in PPAP processes and was a member of a small team that created training videos. In 2011, Chris worked at Stelfab Niagara, Inc., where he created 3D models and blueprints for use on the shop floor and gained experience in welding.

Chris uses his experiences consistently as tools to support customers and co-workers. Chris goes beyond what is expected of him and is always willing to lend a hand and seek alternate solutions for customers. Chris and many more of the 40 Under 40 candidates are the future of the industry that will be better because of them.
