Moises Gonzalez joined Metals Technology Corporation while still in high school. Studying full time in the mornings, Moises would work third shift full time as a furnace operator. Moises later became assistant plant manager where he worked with the team at Metals Technology Corporation to maintain ISO 9001 and CQI-9 systems. Moises is a certified ISO 9001 lead auditor. Working closely with seasoned metallurgists, Moises completed heat treating courses which have sharpened his skills, and now he is one of the go-to people for heat treating questions.

In May 2022, Moises accepted a position as quality manager at Metals Technology Corporation. Moises is also the internal IT manager and is responsible for coordination and implementation of software such as ERP system, preventative maintenance, and other critical infrastructure pieces. Not only does he help solve problems, but he also takes the time to explain the why and how, and to teach others how to prevent the problems from reoccurring.
