Thomas Wingens, founder and president of Wingens Consultants, boasts over thirty-five years of experience in the heat treat industry, more than fifteen of which are in strategic and executive positions. Having his masters in Material Science and Business Administration as well as having served as a heat treater and metallurgist, Thomas holds a unique combination of academic knowledge and industry skills. He has worked in executive positions at Ipsen, Bodycote, SECO/WARWICK and Tenova.
