Sean has spearheaded huge growth and piloted unique programs for Thermal-Vac Technology, including the introduction of a $3m battery and solar project to reduce environmental footprint, reduce electrical costs, and improve throughput by allowing for 24/7 operations even through peak cost periods; as well as the introduction of 2 Second Lean program throughout operations focusing on waste, lean efficiencies, and overall employee engagement. A graduate of MTI's Y.E.S. Academy, Sean has worked all levels of operations cross-functionally and cross-departmentally to gain an overall understanding of effective business operations. He has attended MTI meetings, events, fundraisers, and key training throughout his years in the industry. In addition, Sean has completely digitized all Thermal-Vac furnace operations to allow for 24/7 remote capability, reducing labor footprint and increasing quality/accuracy of furnace runs; spearheaded expanded NADCAP scopes each year to include more capability and customer opportunity; and brought onboard new processes to allow for 30% corporate expansion in 2017 alone.
