Briefly:

Since 1983, Jiří Stanislav has been involved in the world of heat treating. In 1992, Jiří founded his own heat treating shop, HT-PROGRES, which was later implemented into the HIT Group, a heat treating shop network in France, Italy, and Spain. The organization was later sold to Bodycote. Jiří was appointed country manager for Czechia and Slovakia, where he worked until he was selected as SME for the new ERP system development for Bodycote.

In 2018, Jiří began JSTConsultancy. He currently represents TAV Vacuum Furnaces, Italy for the Czechia and Slovakia markets. Jiří is also a forensic expert in the field of metallurgy, advising in complaints and disputes between heat treaters and customers in court proceedings.
