Jenna Alder is proud to represent Aftermarket Service and Sales at AFC-Holcroft, LLC. Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Jenna was predestined for a career in manufacturing and has spent nearly 20 years in OEM sales and marketing, most recently within the heat treat industry for the last two years. Her ambition is providing the best service and support not only to customers, but to her peers as well. Jenna is spearheading several high-profile corporate initiatives dedicated to supporting AFC-Holcroft’s mission of the quality customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement. She is an active participant of MTI’s 2020 YES Management Leadership program, during which she will accomplish MTI’s “Heat Treat Technical Specialist Certificate Program." When not answering emergency customer calls at 2 a.m., Jenna spends her free time outdoors and traveling to the next exciting food destination.
