Victor Calderon – Heat Treat Today’s 40 Under 40

Victor has an extensive heat treating (carburizing) background in some of the most important companies in the state of Nuevo León, México, especially in light of his youth. He demonstrates not only broad knowledge and skill in metallurgy as well as heat treat project oversight and facility management, he shows initiative through his efforts to implement new processing protocol, launch materials laboratories, and train fellow engineers on company processes and practices. He regularly pursues further education to advance his ability to enhance the company, and he has been recognized with awards from employers for his contributions.
