Preston Dildine is the quality manager at Paulo, Kansas City. Preston has taken the initiative to learn all the ins and outs of the departments and processes. Preston began his time at Paulo as a shipping and receiving team member and moved to heat treat operations before becoming quality manager.

Preston has a knack for interpreting and making production part approval Process/first run processes, and this knack has reduced scrap and increased customer satisfaction. He was pivotal in reviewing industry and customer specifications to help produce a quality product. Preston took a course to become an AS9100 lead auditor, as well as pursuing core tools training and Dale Carnegie leadership training.

His latest accomplishment was achieving 24-month Nadcap Merit status with a zero finding Nadcap heat treat audit and a zero finding AS9100 QMS audit. Not only that, but he has also been integral to Paulo's Kansas City location achieving and maintaining Prime Approvals including Boeing, Bell Helicopter, Gulfstream, Textron/Beechcraft, and others. Preston is a true success story; he has honed his leadership skills well. Having an open mind and learning everything possible leads Preston to be an excellent teacher and mentor throughout the plant. His desire to ensure excellence allows him to exceed expectations.
