Simon Viarouge is a highly technical individual who entered the heat treating industry with ECM Group, starting as a field service engineer. In this role, Simon became a subject matter expert in ECM's equipment. With a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (specializing in production/maintenance), Simon is currently the service manager at ECM USA, Inc. in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Simon is ECM's first contact for customer support on current equipment, and he also provides guidance on maintenance schedules, retrofits, and new equipment technical solutions. Throughout his 10+ years of experience in the industry, Simon has gained much business and service expertise. He has worked in numerous countries to support and maintain industrial equipment.

Simon continues to learn, focusing on management and leadership training. Simon's top priorities are to be available to customers and to support his team. Simon has a support-focused attitude and delivers a level of customer service that improves uptime and productivity.
