Amberlee Welch is a self-motivated Supplier Quality engineer at Beretta USA where she works in the internal heat treat operations. A graduate of Saginaw Valley State University, Amberlee has a master's degree in Energy and Materials. Her wide range of skills includes root cause analysis, failure analysis, Six Sigma, 5S, and ISO/TS 16949.

Amberlee gets a sense of accomplishment when a project comes to a close. In her projects, Amberlee manages her time well and often takes on the leadership role in more challenging scenarios. She began her metallurgy career at Grede Foundries as the plant metallurgist. Later, she worked in various positions at Nexteer Automotive, and later became acting plant metallurgist for Paulo Products Company. Amberlee has a love of learning new things, especially new things about metallurgy and quality systems. She considers herself to be a forever student.
